Can I get an invoice or receipt for payment?

MediaFire’s billing system will send out an email automatically every time a payment is made. In addition, an invoice can be printed from Payment History page, which is accessible in the Account and Billing section of your Account Settings.

 

While logged into your account, click on the down arrow located to the right of your avatar.

Select Settings from the menu which appears.

In the menu on the left side of the Settings screen, select Account and Billing.

On the Account and Billing page, select Payment History.

 

The Payment History page displays your next billing date and a description of the your subscription.

Further down, under Billing History, there is a list of all transactions associated with your account.

To view the invoice for any of these transactions, click on the Print icon to the right of it. This will open a printable invoice.

The invoices in the Billing History section will always be available. They will never expire or be removed.

You can always come back to your Payment History page if you ever need to reference a transaction.
