How do I change or update my credit/debit card information?

Our billing system can be used to keep a current subscription active while changing the card information we have on file. Doing this will cause our billing system to forget the old card, and use the new card for all future payments.

 

To get started, log in to the account to be taken to the files page. In the top left corner of the screen, click on the down arrow next to the user name and avatar.

In the menu that appears, select Account settings.

On the Account Settings screen, click Account and Billing.

The Account and Billing Information screen will appear. Click on Change Payment. You will be taken to a new screen where you can add the new card information.

When you have completed adding the credit card information, be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes. This will lock in the new card information and complete the process.
