  1. Launch Network Utility
  2. Click Tracerout

  3. Enter ul.mediafireuserupload.com

  4. Click Trace
  5. Select the results, and then right-click and select Copy or press COMMAND+C to copy the results.
  6. Paste the results into the Self Diagnostic Tool.

  1. Open the Windows search box
  2. Type CMD in the search box and click Open.
